Due to the fact that London + Twig are handcrafted items, bows will be shipped within 7 business days. If you are needing your order for a celebration or gift, please send me a message after purchase and we can discuss an expedited time.

Shipping: 

Everything will be shipped USPS First Class. Orders will be shipped after confirmation that payment(s) have cleared. 

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

International Shipping:

International shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks. International orders will not be shipped via USPS First Class.

Route Package Protection:

Route automatically is added to your cart and provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen, and neutralizes the carbon footprint associated with your order with a certified carbon removal project. It protects not only you, but me as well. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if you remove Route from your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If your item is damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 business days of receipt and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues. Due to the nature of London + Twig dolls being personalized we will not be able to offer exchanges.
